A vibrant Chinese porcelain jar with lid, beautifully hand-painted in the Famille Rose palette. The scene features playful children in a traditional “Hundred Boys” motif, symbolising joy, prosperity and good fortune. Marked on the base with a red Qianlong seal mark (apocryphal), likely dating from the mid to late 20th century.
This piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A wonderful decorative object or gift for collectors of Chinese ceramics.
